Your satisfaction is our primary concern.

Once your order has been prepared we undertake a final quality check and pack items into the shipping boxes. At this point your order enters the cold chain and doesn’t come out until it turns up at your door.  Your order leaves Tasmania via ship, and is delivered to Be Cool Couriers who will deliver in refrigerated vehicles on your specified day.

 

Cancelling an order that is already placed:

If you wish to cancel your order you can do so by emailing order@tasprimeoysters.com

If you wish to cancel an order after cut-off time of Thursday midnight for following week delivery this may incur a $30 cancellation fee.

 

Out of stock items

If a product is unavailable we will let you know by email or text message. You will receive a refund for the amount paid.

 

Missing item

If an item you have ordered is missing from your delivery, and is not listed as out of stock on your delivery invoice please contact us on orders@tasprimeoysters.com

 

Payment queries

We can’t deliver home deliveries if nobody is home

If a delivery can’t be made because you weren’t home during your scheduled delivery time, we try to contact you.

We cannot leave goods without being signed for. Product must be kept refrigerated for health and safety reasons.   

If nobody is at the delivery address to accept the order, your box will return to Be Cool couriers in Dandenong and it will be up to you to collect from there.

 

Late deliveries

Sometimes there are delays beyond our control. Flat tyres, traffic jams or bad weather can hold us up. We’ll inform you of any potential delay as soon as possible.
