Woody Island Oysters with Salsa

Tas Prime Oysters, home of the award-winning Woody Island Oyster, fresh from the edge of the world.


Fresh lime juice

Crushed garlic

Pinch castor sugar

Olive Oil

1 teaspoon fresh coriander

4 cherry tomatoes finely chopped

Half ripe avocado finely diced

1 small red onion finely diced

Finely chopped red chilli (optional)

Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste

12 freshly shucked Woody Island Oysters

 

Mix lime juice, olive oil, garlic and castor sugar in a stainless steel bowl. Add rest of ingredients combine well. Top the oysters with a generous serve of salsa and serve. To download the recipe card, click here.
